Spring has well and truly sprung, and just as I've been spring cleaning my house - I also love to refresh my sleep routine!
With the change in weather, warmer nights and early sun rises, your sleep routine can feel a little out of whack.
Today, I'm sharing my top tips to getting your sleep back on track during the warmer months.
1. Wake up with the sun
With the sun rising earlier, so too should you! Embrace earlier mornings and get outside for a natural hit of sunlight. It will help kick-start your circadian rhythm.
2. Stay cool and sleep well!
As we all know, it can be hard to sleep peacefully when your bedroom temperature is not right. I recommend opening a window, or sleeping on Silk bedding to help regulate body temperature.
3. Spring clean your sleep space
A cluttered bedroom is not ideal to a good night's sleep! This is why keeping your bedroom clean and tidy is so important. Remove technology from your room and ensure your sleep space is completely free from distractions.
4. Refresh your sleep routine
It's always nice to change things up a bit, and spring is the perfect excuse! Try adding something new to your routine, or change up your exercise.
I hope these tips help you sleep well over the spring! If you're in need of some extra help with your sleep, be sure to check out The Goodnight Co's sleep solutions, they have something to suit everyone's sleep concerns.
