Services
Lunch and Learn
Short, practical sessions that change how teams think about fatigue
Lunch and Learn sessions introduce teams to sleep as a performance and safety lever in just one focused hour. Shea translates complex sleep science into practical, shift-friendly insights people can use immediately. Delivered in person or via Zoom, these sessions raise awareness, spark better conversations, and help leaders understand how fatigue quietly affects mood, focus, decision-making, and risk across their organisation without adding training time or operational disruption.
The Sleep Advantage Program
Turning sleep into a measurable performance edge
The Sleep Advantage is Shea Morrison’s flagship program that turns sleep into a measurable performance edge. It combines workshops, digital learning, and leader toolkits to embed sleep-smart habits into daily work. Designed for high-pressure environments, the program links sleep directly to safety, clarity and decision-making, helping organisations reduce fatigue risk, improve retention and build sustainable energy without changing rosters or adding wellbeing noise that never sticks in the long term.
Sleep, Safety and Performance Partnership
Embedding sustainable energy into how work actually runs
This long-term partnership supports organisations to move from awareness to lasting change. Over six or twelve months, Shea works alongside leaders to embed sleep, fatigue and recovery practices into culture and operations. Through regular touchpoints, education and measurement, organisations see steadier energy, safer decisions and improved performance, without relying on one-off workshops or short-lived wellbeing initiatives that fade once attention shifts elsewhere inside busy modern workplaces today.
In-Person Workshops
Deep dives for teams under real operational pressure
These in-person workshops are tailored for teams facing real operational pressure. Shea designs each session around the audience, industry and risk profile, delivering practical strategies people can apply on shift and at home. Ideal for leadership days, safety programs or off-sites, workshops build shared language around fatigue, energy and performance while driving immediate behaviour change without overwhelming participants with theory or unrealistic expectations in demanding workplace environments.
Retreats
Space to reset, restore and rethink how work feels
Shea’s retreats offer leaders and teams space to step out of constant stimulation and reset. Combining education, rest practices and facilitated reflection, retreats support nervous system recovery and clearer thinking. Participants reconnect with energy, creativity and perspective, returning to work calmer, more focused and better equipped to lead sustainably, without running on exhaustion, in high-pressure roles that demand clarity and resilience over long periods of responsibility and accountability.

About Shea
About Shea
Shea Morrison – Sleep Educator
Shea is a recognised sleep educator with more than 15 years in media, radio advertising and commercial communications, which is why she is known for making complex science clear, human and shift-fit.
Her passion for better days through better sleep comes from lived experience. Early in her career, she led a fast-paced life filled with meetings, deadlines and a lot of coffee, until becoming a mum to Molly and Max showed her how essential rest truly is. Those sleep-deprived seasons sparked her commitment to helping others protect their energy in meaningful, practical ways.
As the founder of The Goodnight Co and a meditation teacher, she now partners with organisations and individuals to improve sleep and daily performance through evidence-based routines that work in real life, not just theory.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is The Sleep Advantage designed for?
The Sleep Advantage is built for workplaces with rostered or high-pressure roles such as mining, defence, transport, hospitals, contact centres, logistics and large corporate teams who need people sharp and reliable every shift.
How is this different from a generic wellness talk?
This is not a feel-good one-off session; programs are evidence-based, aligned with WHS and fatigue risk frameworks, and tied directly to outcomes like fewer near misses, fewer errors and steadier absenteeism.
What does a typical program include?
Most clients start with targeted workshops plus a six-week digital program, manager toolkits for toolbox talks and huddles, and optional one-to-one support for higher need staff.
Will this actually work if my routine is unpredictable?
Yes. Most of Shea’s clients have rotating shifts or busy family schedules. The routine is shaped around your real life, not the other way around.
How do you measure impact?
Together we agree on a small set of metrics up front and track changes over time, such as alertness scores, incidents and near misses, rework or error categories, absenteeism and engagement in the teams we work with.
Where do you deliver programs?
Shea delivers a mix of in-person workshops at client sites and online programs across Australia, so teams in different states and locations can access the same tools and language.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
The focus is on organisations with meaningful headcount or safety responsibility, but smaller teams and pilot groups are often the starting point inside a larger business unit.
Is this medical advice or clinical treatment?
These programs are workplace education and behaviour change support, not a replacement for personal medical care or legal advice, and are designed to sit alongside your existing WHS and wellbeing frameworks.
How long until I notice a difference?
Many people feel small improvements within days, and bigger changes over a few weeks once the new routine becomes second nature.
What’s the best way to get started?
Book a free call. Shea will take a quick look at what’s going on with your sleep, talk through your goals, and help you choose the right next step so you can start feeling better fast.
